P.E.O. Educational Loan FundEducational Loan Fund (ELF), established in 1907, makes loans available to qualified women who desire higher education and are in need of financial assistance. An applicant must be recommended by a local chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood and be within two years of completing her course of study. The current maximum loan is $10,000 at 3% interest and due six years from the date of issue. Following the graduation date originally stated on the application, interest will begin accruing and will be billed on an annual basis. P.E.O. International Peace ScholarshipP.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund was established in 1949 to provide scholarships for international women students to pursue graduate study in the United States and Canada. Request More Information IPS 2012-2013 Calendar The application process for the 2012-13 term of study is now closed. We are no longer accepting eligibility forms. Donations
Individual donors may make tax-deductible gifts to the above mentioned projects or through the P.E.O. Foundation. Donations can be made online or via check. Checks should be made payable to the project or the P.E.O. Foundation and sent to the International Executive Office or Cottey College (for Cottey donations only). All chapter donations should be in one check payable to the state/provincial/district (s/p/d) chapter and forwarded to the s/p/d chapter treasurer or paid assistant.
